Established as RonWood Realty, Inc. in 2002 by Ronnie Fussell and Lockwood Holmes, WEICHERT, REALTORS® - RonWood Associates has been positioning itself to be a leader in the real estate industry and is seeking the cutting edge of service and results.

Realtor/ Broker, Doug Smith, has been with the company since April 2004 and partnered with Fussell and Holmes in September of 2006. Doug’s goal to make WEICHERT, REALTORS® - RonWood Associates known for its knowledge and integrity is refreshing. Doug shares Ronnie’s and Lockwood’s commitment to “doing things right” and feels his focus is to be on the customers and their needs. As the leader in the day- to-day operations, Doug also understands the need to be an aide and moral support to the agents as well. He is committed to equipping them with whatever tools necessary to help insure their success.

It was the desire to be able to provide world class service, to both customers and associates alike, which brought about the biggest change in the company's history. As of January 1, 2007 the company affiliated with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, one of the nation’s largest privately owned providers of real estate and home ownership services. From the top down, the organization is managed by people who have actually been in the field as Realtors, Brokers and former office owners.  First launched in January 2002, the franchise organization now claims more than 300 signed affiliates in 29 states.
